To make life easier for our customers, we have setup a collection service which takes away the hassle of making collection arrangements with individual carriers, when returning unwanted items. To take advantage of this service you can email our customer service team on cs@kiddies-kingdom.com or just call us on 01924 439049.

We would kindly request that you provide us with your order number, collection address and reason for return when contacting us to organise the return of your item.

Our courier collects Mon-Fri between 8am and 6pm.  At least 24 hours notice is required to organise the collection.

Collection Charges.

£25 Collection Charge for the first 15kg, regardless of number of parcels.
0.50 per Kg therafter.

Lets take the example of ‘5 Boxes Totalling 35Kg'.

First 15 kg = £25

35kg-15kg = 20kg. 20kg x 0.50p = £10

£25 + £10 = £35.00

Cost of Return = £35.00

For your own piece of mind, please ensure all items are adequately packaged.  We will be unable to consider claims for damage if the parcel has not been packaged properly.

You will be informed of the returns charge applicable to you when requesting the collection.
