Take your time! We want you to love your purchase, so you've got a generous 365 days to decide to return for something else. If you'd like to return your order or item, just give us a heads up as soon as possible. Keep in mind, after these timeframes, it could be we can't accept back your item, so be sure to reach out if you need any assistance.

We'll arrange everything for you. Just send a message over to our Customer Care Team via our Contact Centre and they can book this in for you. Be sure to include some images showing the item is still unused and in it's original packaging, and we'll handle everything else for you!

Once your product safely returns to our warehouse, our team will swiftly process this for you. While our goal is to complete this within 3 working days, please understand that during busier periods, it might take up to 10 working days. We appreciate your patience, and if you haven't received your refund within this timeframe, don't hesitate to reach out to us.

With our 365-day returns period, reaching out to our Customer Care Team is the first step to arrange the return.

Once we receive your original order back to us, we'll promptly notify you to confirm your store credit voucher has been applied to your account. Then it's as easy as placing a new order on our website, for the item you want in exchange using your unique voucher code.

Returns and collection cost vary but we've included everything here so you know what to expect from the get go.

• • £15 For large item collections 
• • £10 For smaller item drop-off returns (Only applicable on items/parcels under 20kg or 60cm max length)

Please notify us as soon as possible that you wish to return your order/item and we'll provide you with a unique returns reference.

For items sourced directly from the supplier, charges may vary and will be communicated before confirming the return. If you have any questions or need guidance on the best return option for you, feel free to reach out to our team.

I'm sure you understand, our returns policy does exclude certain items and this can include any underwear, mattresses, feeding equipment, soothers, teethers and changing mats due to hygiene and safety reasons. Exceptions do apply so please do contact our Customer Care Team via our Contact Centre for more information.

Any furniture items that were delivered on a 'direct delivery' service from the manufacturer are, unfortunately, also excluded from our 365 Returns policy."

While, unfortunately, we can't provide replacements or free returns for products with box damage alone (as the packaging is crucial for protecting the product during transit), we understand that exceptions may apply. Using your Credit Voucher is easy. Shop online as you normally would and add your desired products to your basket. When you go to checkout your basket, you can select ‘Credit Voucher’ as your form of payment.
