Delivery Information & Delivery Charges

We know how excited you are to receive your order from Kiddies Kingdom and many of our products are available on a Next Day Delivery service depending on your postcode area and if ordered before our cut off time.
Our current cut off time is 3pm, this means if your order is placed before 3pm this will be processed and dispatched the same day for Next Day Delivery (this does depend on your postal code, please see below for further information).

Please note our 3pm cut off time is subject to change. For example, an earlier cut off time may be implemented during busy periods (this can and would include Bank Holidays and/or Religious Celebrations). Please be sure to check the relevant product page where you will be able to see our countdown, this will confirm the product is in stock and available for Next Day Delivery. Please do contact our Customer Service Team via our Online Contact Form for any questions regarding delivery timescales.

Once your order has been processed you will receive a dispatch notification and our courier will send your tracking information on the morning of your delivery. Unfortunately, once our courier service has your order, we are unable to amend or guarantee delivery. On occasion circumstances out of the control of our courier service do cause unexpected delays and, on these occasions, we are unable to offer any form of compensation for this.

Please note if an order contains different delivery timescales, the fulfilment time  for the order will be the oldest timescale. All orders are consolidated into one  consignment. You may however request for the in-stock items to be sent separately; you can request this by paying a delivery charge to split the delivery. If your order contains a free gift and this has a delivery delay, regretfully we are unable  to split the order. You can, however, request the cancellation of the free gift to enable  your in-stock items to be dispatched. To arrange this please contact our Customer  Service Team via our Online Contact Form.

For security reasons we cannot deliver to a BFPO address. We also reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.


Regretfully we are unable to offer any Direct Delivery Service to Northern Ireland.

3. Delivery Lead Times & Delivery Status

Next Day Deliveries

These are items which are generally IN STOCK, and held in our warehouse. If you place your order before 3pm we aim to dispatch your order the same day. Your order should therefore be with you the following working day depending on your location. Please see our Delivery Information & Charges page for more information on how your location may affect your delivery time.

Direct Deliveries

Our direct delivery orders come directly to you from our suppliers. Our direct delivery orders will have a lead timescale at the time of order, on occasion our suppliers do deliver sooner than this. Should they encounter any delays we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible to advise you of this and to discuss options and next steps. As these are dispatched from our supplier, Courier's policies may vary. Please see the delivery disclaimer on the product page which will outline the delivery procedure and timescale for each individual direct delivery Item.

5-10 Working Days/7-12 Working Days Deliveries/ 2-3 Week Deliveries

These products are available with the supplier and will be reserved for you, we aim to  deliver your order to you within the timescale quoted. Your order status will show as awaiting stock until we receive the product in our warehouse. As soon as your order is with us, this will be dispatched on a next day delivery service, subject to location. The estimate delivery dates provided on these items are subject to change.

Pre-Orders

These products are not in stock with us or our suppliers however the supplier has an indication as to when they will have stock available, and they estimate the delivery date with us. Any order placed under this status will reserve the product for the first shipment that is delivered to us from the supplier. They estimate to have the product delivered to you by the estimated date given when your order is placed. The estimate delivery dates provided on these items are subject to change.

These are the correct timescales for Mainland UK. Delivery outside of the mainland UK does add up to 72 hours.

All deliveries will receive an update once dispatched from our warehouse followed by tracking information provided by either ourselves and our courier or, if on direct delivery, from our suppliers and their couriers.

4. Packaging

Here at Kiddies Kingdom, we are keen to be as environmentally friendly as possible, therefore we may use recycled/replacement packaging if the original box has been damaged or for goods received from the manufacturer with multiple pieces in a single carton. Therefore, contents may differ to the description shown on the carton. We also  combine our products where applicable to reduce the number packages dispatched to  you. Please check inside for goods ordered before contacting us. Should the parcel be refused without checking, a £15.00 returns charge will be applicable.

5. International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the UK. If you are wanting to purchase products from our website, we recommend you have them shipped to a friend or relatives address within the UK. Please note any international credit or debit card may not be  accepted and we would recommend using PayPal for these purchases.

6. Order Insurance

All orders placed at Kiddies Kingdom are fully insured against any loss or damage in  transit. Please be aware our boxes are not insured for damage; any packaging damage will not be eligible for a replacement or free return.

For some services (orders for e.g.), Kiddies Kingdom will require your e-mail address & phone number or other personal information such as your name, company, address etc. which are required to process an order. Providing us with this personal and identifiable information is of course optional. However, in some cases it may not be possible for us to provide the service in question. For example, deliver your order without receiving specific information from you.
