Delivery Options

The below delivery options and delivery times only apply once your order is in stock with us. Your order may be on a lead time or pre-order so once the stock is with us, these are your delivery options and timeframes.

Standard Delivery

- FREE delivery on orders over £50*

- Orders under £50: £4.99 delivery charge*

Express Delivery

Our Express Delivery Service is available for £5.99 and can be selected at checkout on eligible products.

- Available on orders both over and under £50

- Delivered on the next working day once your order is ready for dispatch

- Order before 3:00pm for same-day dispatch on in-stock items

Saturday Delivery

Saturday Delivery is available for £30.00.

- Available on eligible products

- Delivery will take place on the soonest available Saturday based on the product's lead time

- For in-stock items, order before 3:00pm on Friday for delivery on the next available Saturday

Delivery Locations

We deliver to all postal areas in the UK; England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. Please find a list of All Locations we ship to:

For security reasons we cannot deliver to a BFPO address. We also reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Regretfully we are unable to offer any 'Direct Delivery' Service to Northern Ireland.

Product Availability & Lead Times

The delivery estimate displayed on each product page shows when your item is expected to arrive into stock. All lead times provided are estimates and are based on working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). If you're not sure when your order is due to be with you, you can find the original estimate delivery date on your order confirmation email and attached order invoice. 

In Stock

Items showing as available for Next Day Delivery are held in our warehouse and can be dispatched the same day when ordered before 3:00pm (Monday to Friday) if you choose the Express service at checkout.

Direct Delivery*

Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. The estimated delivery timescale will be displayed on the product page.

Supplier Stock Lead Times*

Some items are available from our suppliers and are ordered specifically for you. Lead times vary by product and are clearly displayed on the product page.

Pre-Order Items*

Pre-order products can be reserved before they arrive back in stock.

Where an estimated availability date is provided, this is supplied by the manufacturer and may be subject to change. If there are any significant delays, our team will contact you with an update.

Packaging

Kiddies Kingdom is keen to be as environmentally friendly as possible, therefore we may use recycled/replacement packaging if the original box has been damaged or for goods received from the manufacturer with multiple pieces in a single carton. Therefore, contents may differ to the description shown on the carton. We also combine our products where applicable to reduce the number packages dispatched to you. Please check inside for goods ordered before contacting us. Should the parcel be refused without checking, a returns charge may be applicable but reach out to Customer Service Team with any concerns - we're here to help. 

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship outside the UK. If you are wanting to purchase products from our website, we recommend you have them shipped to a friend or relative's address within the UK. Please note any international credit or debit card may not be accepted at checkout due to fraud prevention measures that are in place, and we would recommend using PayPal for these purchases.

Courier Delivery

For all our deliveries, we use one courier - DPD. When your order is dispatched DPD will provide you tracking information and keep you updated along the way. Once your order is out for delivery, DPD will provide a 1 hour time slot when you can expect your parcel(s) to arrive.

If your order is a 'Direct Delivery' meaning this is being delivered to you direct from the manufacturer, an alternative delivery company or courier may be used. You will still recieve tracking information once this has been dispatched from their warehouse.
