Please note if an order has different delivery timescales, the fulfillment time for the order will be the oldest timescale.All orders are consolidated into 1 consignment. The customer may however request for the In Stock items to be sent, by paying a delivery charge to split the delivery.

For security reasons we cannot deliver to a BFPO address. We also reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.
NEXT-DAY Delivery - These are items which are generally IN STOCK, and held in our warehouse. If the Order is received before 3pm, the order will be dispatched the same day for a Next Day Express Delivery with Interlink Express.
5-10 Days Delivery - These products are usually IN and OUT of stock, they have usually been reserved in our suppliers warehouse. As soon as your order comes through, a request is made for the order to come to us. Once the Order has arrived it will be dispatched to you on a NEXT Day service. Dependant on the brand the lead time could vary from 3, 5 , 7, or 10 Days.
Direct Delivery - These Items are dispatched directly from the manufacturer, Couriers policies may vary. Please see delivery disclaimer on the product page which will outline the delivery procedure and timescale for each individual direct delivery Item.
Pre Order - Item is available to purchase from kiddies kingdom and will be dispatched at a later date. Stock has been reserved, purchase order has been made. The item is due in stock when stated in delivery disclaimer and will be dispatched then. Please note this date is a guide based on information and delivery indications given by the manufacturer.
As you know all orders are dispatched for a Next day delivery FREE OF CHARGE over £50. If you would like to place an order under £50 there will be a charge of £5.95 that will automatically be added at the checkout. Please note: FREE Delivery only applies for destinations within the UK Mainland.
Unfortunately we do not ship outside the UK. If you are wanting to purchase goods from our website, we recommend you have them shipped to a Friend or Relatives address within the UK, and make arrangements from there.

All orders placed at Kiddies Kingdom are fully insured incase they are lost or damaged in transit.
We may use recycled/replacement packaging if the original box has been damaged or for goods received from the manufacturer with multiple pieces in a single carton. Therefore contents may difffer to the description shown on the carton. Please check inside for goods ordered. Should the parcel be refused without checking, a £15.00 returns charge will be applicable.
PLEASE DO NOT REFUSE THE PARCEL On Delivery, even if the packaging seems damaged, please inspect the contents of the parcel.

Collection charges will apply if delivery is refused unless the product (not the packaging) is faulty/damaged (following verification at the service centre).
