Your e-gift card is valid for 365 days from the date of delivery.

Can I use my gift card towards a larger purchase?

Absolutely. You can use your e-gift card to part-pay for a higher-value purchase. Simply enter your gift card details at checkout and pay any remaining balance using another payment method.

How can I check my e-gift card balance?

You can check your balance at any time by:

What should I do if my gift card isn’t working?

If your e-gift card isn’t being accepted:

  1. Double-check your balance and expiry date

  2. Carefully re-enter your details

I’ve deleted my gift card email — what should I do?

First, check your junk or trash folder. If it’s no longer there, don’t worry — either the purchaser or recipient can contact our Customer Care team and we’ll help retrieve the gift card details.

Can I cancel an e-gift card after purchasing?

As e-gift cards are processed quickly and may be delivered instantly or at a scheduled time, cancellations are not always possible. If you need to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist.

Can I get a refund on an e-gift card?

E-gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. In the event a refund is required, this may be issued as a gift card or store credit.

What happens if I return an item purchased with an e-gift card?

If you return an item purchased using an e-gift card, your refund will be issued back onto a gift card. If multiple payment methods were used, the refund may be split accordingly.

Can I exchange an item bought with an e-gift card?

Yes, items purchased with an e-gift card can be exchanged in line with our standard returns and exchange policy.

What if my refund amount is different from the original gift card value?

If your refund is less than your original gift card value, the remaining balance will stay on your gift card. If it’s more (for example, where additional payment methods were used), the difference will be refunded according to the payment methods used.

What happens if my e-gift card expires before I use it?

Once expired, e-gift cards can no longer be used. We recommend using your balance before the expiry date, as extensions are not guaranteed.
