Next Day Deliveries

These are items which are generally IN STOCK, and held in our warehouse. If you place your order before 3pm we are able to dispatch these items the same day. Your order should therefore be with you the following working day depending on your location. 

Direct Deliveries

Our direct delivery orders come directly to you from our suppliers. Our direct delivery orders will have a lead timescale at the time of order, on occasion our suppliers do deliver sooner than this. Should they encounter any delays we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible to advise you of this and to discuss options and next steps. As these are dispatched from our supplier, Courier's policies may vary. Please see the delivery disclaimer on the product page which will outline the delivery procedure and timescale for each individual direct delivery Item.

These products are not in stock with us or our suppliers however the supplier has an indication as to when they will have stock available, and they estimate the delivery date with us. Any order placed under this status will reserve the product for the first shipment that is delivered to us from the supplier.
