Safety Notice:

1/  Wash hands before handling
2/ Carefully remove gel pad, avoiding touching the gel side
3/ Run the gel side under cool water briefly for enhanced soothing and place it directly over the nipple – can be kept in the fridge for a cooling effect
4/ Before breastfeeding, remove gel pad, place it on a clean surface, wash the breast, pat dry and begin feeding
