The Fraupow Hands-Free Breast Pump allows busy mums to pump milk whilst getting on with all the other stuff they need to do. It is lightweight, discreet, wire-free and fits inside your bra, and was created to support Mums.

Care Instructions:

Ensuring that you have the correct size breast pump is of utmost importance for an effective and comfortable pumping experience. 
Using the wrong size flange / shield pump can significantly impact your milk supply and potentially lead to health implications.

Please refer to our size chart to determine your correct size. If you require a size other than the standard 24mm, you can purchase additional sizes at www.fraupow.com or from your nearest Fraupow stockist.

Please follow the assembly instructions to ensure the pump is properly connected - this is key for a comfortable and effective pumping experience.

The Fraupow Pump is easily cleaned by dismantling and washing the non-electric parts in hot soapy water or the dishwasher. Steriliser safe (electric, boiling, and cold water)

Cleaning
- Take your pump apart carefully
- Using a sanitising wipe, you can wipe down the motor preventing any liquid from
entering the suction holes.
- For the collection cup and internal parts (silicone diaphragm, valve and linker and
flange), using warm soapy water, wash your parts gently to remove any excess milk.
- Rinse with warm water and prepare for sterilisation.

Sterilising
The collection cup and internal parts can be sterilised using one of the following methods:
- UV Sterilising - please follow individual equipment instructions carefully
- Hot Water/Boiling Method - ensure temperatures do not exceed 100° C and parts
are sterilised for no longer than 5 mins - this can cause the parts to warp or discolouration
- Cold water sterilising solution/tablets - clean water in a clean bowl, using the adequate
solution/tablet amount, please follow instructions for chosen sterilising solution/tablets.

Please ensure all pump parts are completely dry before assembling the pump.

Our breast pump replacement parts work extremely hard to ensure that suction is effective each time you use your breast pump, and will wear out over time. Depending how frequently you use your pump these consumable parts will need to be replaced every 1-3 months to ensure your pump stays efficient and creates maximum output.

NHS Guidelines for storing breast milk:
Up to 6 hours at room temperature
Up to 72 hours in the fridge (avoid storing in the door)
Up to 6 months in the Freezer
Make sure you label it and date it
Tip is to store in small quantities to avoid wasting your precious milk
