A true innovation in car seats, the Recaro Zero.1 Elite features the world first removable infant carrier that provides a high-quality car seat for in the car and on a stroller
chassis with a single purchase. The lightweight infant carrier fits perfectly into a larger seat inside your vehicle and when your child gets older, you can remove the
carrier altogether and just use the larger seat.
Incredibly lightweight at 2.9kg the infant carrier is convenient and offers a greater amount of mobility (especially as your child gets heavier!) and is suitable from birth up
to 76cm or 9kg (whichever comes first) using a 3-point HERO harness. It's compatible with both the Recaro Citylife and Easylife strollers, as well as a number of other brands.
When in the Zero.1 mode, it's suitable up to 105cm and the seat uses a 5 point harness that's also part of the HERO safety system to prevent them from slipping or twisting and
has triple side impact protection with the infant carrier, seat structure and pop out wings.
You can feel confident thanks to the simple installation and obvious coloured indicators for both the carrier and the car seat, the integrated ISOFIX base gives a firm, fixed
installation. The headrests are both height-adjustable with memory foam for comfort and protection, and the harnesses simultaneously adjust without the need to rethread)
The comfortable seating foam adapts to your child's body shape to provide plenty of support, and the cushion gives a flexible ergonomic fit. There's a recline in both forward or
rear facing position. One of the great features is the 360° rotation, that makes getting a child in and out of a vehicle incredibly easy, particularly if you have only 3 doors,
and allows you to change between positions with ease.
